Tears Beyond her Smile
I see a girl smiling
but inside her heart is crying
She wonders why life is unfair
Because many cruel things happened to her
She hides her tears
because of her fears
The fear of rejection
because of imperfection
She continues to move on
hiding her imperfection
pretending to be perfect
for her life to be perfect
Hiding her real self
even though it hurts herself
Just to see others smile
even though it takes a while
She wants others to accept her
despite of the imperfection in her
and her is someone waiting for her
to accept her because she is her
